Here you can read about the guidelines regarding which products we accept for return and the circumstances that must be met before we consider it an approved return.

Products We Never Accept for Return:

- The price is marked or written on the packaging.

- The packaging is opened.

- The product has been used.

Non-Registered Products:

- The return date for non-registered products has expired (3 months from the notification that the product will not be re-registered).

Specific to E-liquids:

We generally do not accept returns for e-liquids unless:

- There was a packing error.

- There has been a legal change requiring us to take back the liquids.

- It has been specifically agreed upon with a Danish Trade employee.

Return Reasons:

When creating a return in our return portal, you can choose from the following return reasons:

- Discontinued Items (TPD Registration)

- Law Change - Exchange/Repacking

- Packing Error - Product Missing

- Packing Error - Incorrect Products

- Packing Error - Too Many Products

- As Agreed

Discontinued Items (TPD Registration):

At the end of each year, there are some products that we choose not to re-register for one reason or another. At the end of the year, we send a list of these products to our customers via our newsletter.

Products on this list:

- Will no longer be part of our assortment.

- Will become illegal to sell.

If you return one or more of these products, it will be an approved return, and we will issue a credit note to you subsequently.

Discontinued items MUST be registered in Claimlane no later than 3 months after you are notified that we have chosen not to re-register the products.

Law Change - Exchange/Repacking:

No one can foresee upcoming legal changes, and sometimes we need to accept returns to ensure that the products comply with the newly changed legislation.

We will always inform you via our newsletter if this becomes relevant.

If the products you are returning are mentioned in such a newsletter or we have otherwise informed you about the law change, it will be an approved return.

Packing Errors:

Sometimes it gets very busy, and in such cases, packing errors can unfortunately occur occasionally. The following will be an approved return, which you can process through our return portal.

Packing Error - Product Missing:

If you receive a package from us and see that one or more products are missing compared to what the packing slip states you ordered, you can make a return. We will then ensure that you receive the missing products as soon as possible.

Enter your order number in the description field, which will make it easier for our warehouse staff to handle your return quickly.

Packing Error - Incorrect Products:

If you receive a package from us and see that there are incorrect products compared to what the packing slip states you ordered, you can make a return. We will then ensure that you receive the correct products as soon as possible.

Packing Error - Too Many Products:

If you receive a package from us and see that there are too many products compared to what the packing slip states you ordered, you can make a return.

Enter your order number in the description field, which will make it easier for our warehouse staff to handle your return quickly.

As Agreed:

You can make an approved return if you have already agreed on it with a Danish Trade employee.

Remember to write the employee's name in the description field and/or reference field found on the last page before you approve your case.
