How to make a return
Login to Claimlane by clicking here.
https://app.claimlane.com/
Enter the email address and the corresponding password that you created initially.
Forgot your password? – Click on Forgot password.
Choose our return portal: Danish Trade - return.
Select “Danish Trade return” - if you do not see it on the list, search for “danish trade return.”
Choose “return.”
How to make a return
Select “brand” - search if the brand you want is not on the list.
Select “item name” - search if the item name you want is not on the list.
Select “variant” - search if the variant you want is not on the list.
Select “SKU” (it will automatically appear when you have selected the previous fields).
Select “quantity.”
Select “return reason.”
Choose one of the following:
Phased-out products (TPD Registred)
Law change - replacement/repacking
Packing error - - Missing product
Packing error - Wrong product
Packing error - Too many products
As agreed

Write a description (optional) - For example, you might have spoken with one of our employees with whom you have agreed to make a return.
Click “save.”
You will now proceed to the next page, where you can choose the options below. Select what makes the most sense for you.
Add more products (then repeat the previous steps described in this guide).

Review your case.
Reference (optional) - Optionally write the name of an employee you have spoken with (if you have agreed on a return with us).
Remember to check the small box “share reference with supplier.”
Click “Done.”
Congratulations, you have now made a return, submitted your case, and can see it in your supplier inbox when you are logged into your account.
