My Backorders

Modified on Wed, 26 Jul, 2023 at 12:08 PM

Unfortunately, there are times when we are unable to ship products immediately because they are not in stock at the time. In such cases, these products are registered in our system as backorders.

We have made it possible for you to have a clear overview of the items you are still waiting to receive from us, indicating which products are on backorder.

To find your backorders, you need to log in to "My Account" on our webshop. You will automatically be directed to the page upon logging in.

Click on the "My Backorders" link in the left menu.

Your Backorder Overview

You will now see an overview of your backorders, which may look like this:

  1. Under each order, there is a "view order" link. Clicking on this will take you to a detailed overview of the entire order.

  2. Example when none of the products have been delivered: 4 items were ordered, and all 4 are pending delivery.

  3. Example when some of the products have been delivered: 10 items were ordered, and 5 have been delivered.

If you have placed an order that has not yet been processed, it will also appear in this overview, even though it is not technically a backorder (the items are in stock, but we haven't had a chance to ship them to you yet).

Searching for SKU in your backorder overview

If you have many SKUs in your backorder overview and need to search for a specific SKU, you can use the following keyboard shortcuts:

Computer - Windows: Ctrl + F

Computer - Mac: CMD+F (⌘+F)

Now type the SKU or the itemname to search on your backorder page and hit enter to mark the first search result - or use the arrows up and down to navigate to the next result
