Login to Claimlane by clicking here.

Enter the email address and the associated password that you created initially.

If you forgot your password, click on "Forgot password."

Select "Danish Trade" as the supplier for which you want to create a case.

Choose "Reklamation" (Complaint)

Select "Add product"

Choose whether the product for which you are creating an RMA is "New" or "Used".

Product Information:

Brand: Search for the brand (e.g., VOOPOO or INNOKIN) or select it from the list.

Item name: Select the item name from the displayed list

Color: Select the color from the displayed list.

SKU: Select the SKU number shown in the list. It is automatically generated based on the other information you entered/selected.

Quantity: Only create one RMA per product you are filing a complaint for. We need a unique serial number for each item.

Additional data:

Enter the serial number of the product for which you want to create an RMA. You can find information on where to locate the serial number in the guide.

(The serial number is often found on the back of the packaging near the "Scratch me" sticker or near the QR code/barcode).

Add images and possibly videoes.

Images:

You MUST upload images along with your RMA. If possible, try to take a picture showing the issue you are experiencing with the product.

Videos:

It is possible to upload videos along with your RMA. If you choose to do so, it is a good idea to upload a video demonstrating the specific issue(s) you are experiencing with the product.

In some cases, we may contact you after you have submitted your case and ask for additional video documentation. Therefore, please keep the product for 60 days to allow time for creating this video.

Upload images/videos directly from an iPhone.

If you are using an iPhone, you can use the smart feature "Scan QR code" to upload images/videos directly to your case.

Simply scan the QR code in the popup window and follow the instructions. It will look like this (OBS - the image below is just an example - do not scan that one)

Issue codes

Select the cause code(s) that best describe the RMA you are creating.

Describe the problem.

Describe in as much detail as possible why you are creating an RMA.

Provide a detailed description of all the faults, so that we (and our suppliers) can handle your RMA more efficiently.

Save your RMA

Once all the information is as you want it, press the "Save" button.

If you have more products for which you want to create an RMA.

Press "Add another product" and repeat the process for each additional product you want to create an RMA for.

If you are done, proceed to the next step and press "Next - Review case".

Final step before submitting your RMA

Add reference: Here, you can enter the name of a specific employee with whom you have already discussed the RMA you are creating.

Remember to submit the case.

Press the "Submit case" button. Your RMA will be created in the system and visible to us only after you have submitted it.

You have now created an RMA, and we will process it as quickly as possible.

NOTE:

If you forget to finalize a case by pressing the "Submit case" button, you will receive a reminder the next time you attempt to create an RMA.
