To return defective products, you need to have an account with Claimlane, the platform we use to handle RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our customers.
If you haven't already created an account with Claimlane, please contact us at kontakt@danishtrade.dk, and we will send you an invitation to create an account.
