How long should I keep the defective product after RMA is made?

The product(s) for which you have made an RMA should be kept for a minimum of 60 days after the case has been created and sent to us through Claimlane, unless we contact you and request the return of the product.


Within the 60-day period, you agree that we may require a video of the specific defects with the product if our supplier requests it. If this happens, you should create a video for each defect related to your RMA. This is due to requirements from our own suppliers that we need to meet.



For example: 1 defect = 1 video // 3 defects = 3 videos



After the 60-day period, there are no further requirements from our side to return the product to us, and you are free to dispose of the product.
