Occasionally, it happens that a product is out of stock. When this is the case, the specific product will be marked with a red dot on the product page and/or with the text "Backorder".
Even though you can still place an order for most items even if they are out of stock, some of our customers prefer to place their order when the product is back in stock.
Therefore, we have implemented a feature where these customers can receive an email notification when the desired item is back in stock.
On a product without variants, it's simply a matter of clicking one button.
On a product with variants (such as hardware products where models come in different colors), you can choose which variant you would like to be notified about.
Once you have clicked the "Notify me when back in stock" button, the following confirmation message will appear on the screen:
"When the item is back in stock, an email will be sent containing the products you have chosen to be notified about once they are available on our inventory."
Please note that the email will be sent to the account you are logged in with on DanishTrade.dk.
