Wrong PG/VG Ratio
1. If you use 15W or less, it is recommended to have a higher PG ratio, for example: PG:VG=7:3.
2. If you use 20W or higher, it is recommended to have a higher VG ratio, for example: PG:VG=3:7/4:6.
Autofire
If the power button is pressed without inhaling, the e-liquid will be vaporized and, with nowhere else to go, it may end up at the bottom of the tank, potentially resulting in liquid leakage.
Too High Temperature
Excessive temperature can make the e-liquid thinner than normal, leading to leakage. It is recommended to store your device at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
Coil or Pod Used for Too Long
When either the coil or pod is used for an extended period without cleaning, condensation can accumulate around the mouthpiece, requiring cleaning. Condensation can also form around the bottom area, and it is recommended to wrap the pod/tank in a piece of paper and shake it vigorously to remove the condensation. It is advised to do this at least once every 7 days.
Improper Coil Installation
For products where you need to install the coil yourself, it is important to press the coil firmly into the tank to ensure a tight seal. Over time, the coil may loosen slightly, requiring you to press it back in place.
Incorrect Vaping Pattern
1. If you use 15W or less, it is recommended to vape for a maximum of 5 seconds at a time and wait for 5 seconds before vaping again.
2. If you use 20W or higher, it is recommended to vape for a maximum of 3 seconds at a time and wait for 5 seconds before vaping again.
Poor Air Tightness on Pod/Tank
If you experience that your tank/pod is damaged or has cracks, we recommend replacing your pod/tank.
