The machine has not been used for more than 2 days
When the machine has not been used for 2 days or longer, we recommend cleaning the mouthpiece and the hole leading to the coil near the mouthpiece. Additionally, you can wrap the tank/pod in a piece of paper and shake it thoroughly before use.
The machine's wattage setting does not match the recommended wattage for the coil
It is important to ensure that the machine's wattage setting matches the recommended wattage range for the coil. If the machine's wattage setting is too low compared to the recommended wattage for the coil, the liquid may not be vaporized quickly enough.
Too much liquid in the tank/pod
It is recommended to fill the tank/pod to approximately 80% capacity. Overfilling can lead to liquid entering your mouth.
Defective coil or pod
If the above solutions do not work, try replacing the coil or pod.
