Incorrect/damaged data cable
It is recommended to use the original data cable that came with the device.
Data cable not properly connected
When the data cable/USB-C cable is properly connected to the device, you should hear a notification sound.
Foreign object in the USB port
Clean the USB port to ensure there are no foreign objects obstructing the connection.
Defective battery
For devices with removable batteries, try replacing the battery and then attempt to charge the device again.
Defective device
For devices with internal batteries, if none of the above solutions work, consider exchanging the device for a new one.
