Low battery

Charge your device.

Missing/loose magnets

If one or more magnets fall out of the device, you need to replace the device.

Device is charging

The device will not turn on while it is charging

Device is locked

If your device is locked, a small lock symbol will be displayed on your screen. You can unlock your device in the following ways:

1. Press and hold the combination button and the plus button simultaneously for 1.5 seconds.

2. Press and hold the fire button and the plus button simultaneously for more than 15 seconds.

3. Press the fire button 5 times (V Thru).

Follow this guide for cleaning if you are unsure:  

Incorrect mode selected

Make sure the device is set to A-mode or A&P-mode. 

Cannot detect resistance

1. Clean the Pod thoroughly.

2. Clean the mod where the diodes are located/where the tank should be seated.

3. If this doesn't work, try with a new tank/coil.

4. If this doesn't work, the mod/device needs to be replaced.
